Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 21, 2026
All Gospel Now ("AGN", "we") respects the privacy of everyone who uses the All Gospel Now app on iPhone and Android, the web app, and the allgospelnow.com website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not provide it to any government agency unless the law requires us to.
Information you give us
- Your account. When you sign up we collect your first and last name, your email address and/or mobile phone number, a password and a reset PIN, and a profile photo if you choose to add one.
- What you post and save. Prayer requests, testimonies, comments, study group messages, study notes, prayer journal entries, saved verses, and growth plan progress. Content you post to a community or study group is visible to the people it is shared with; notes and journal entries are kept for you.
- Messages to us. If you contact support, send a suggestion, or report content, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.
- Donations. Gifts are processed by PayPal or Stripe; we never see or store your full card or bank details. We keep a record of the gift (name, email, amount, and date) so we can send receipts and year-end giving statements.
Information collected automatically
- Location. With your permission, the app uses your device's location — or a city, state, or ZIP code you type in — to show churches and events near you. You can decline or turn this off in your device settings; the rest of the app keeps working.
- Device information. A device identifier, the app version, and the type of device and operating system, so guest progress can be carried over when you sign up and so we can fix problems. If you allow notifications, we store your device's push notification token to send them.
- Usage and analytics. We use Google Analytics and Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the website and app are used — for example, which screens are viewed, which features are opened, and when an account is created. These tools may use cookies on the website and similar identifiers in the app. We send only your numeric account id to them, never your name, email, phone number, or anything you write.
- Advertising measurement. We may advertise All Gospel Now through Google Ads. To learn whether an ad led to an app install or sign-up, Google may receive that the app was installed or opened and which in-app actions (such as starting a growth plan) took place. On Android this can include your device's advertising ID; on iPhone we use Apple's SKAdNetwork and do not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites. We do not share which passages you study, and we do not use your prayer requests, notes, or other content for advertising or to build advertising audiences.
- Server logs. Like most services, our servers record your IP address, browser type, and the pages or features requested. We use the IP address to keep the service secure and to determine which country a request comes from.
How we use information
To provide and improve the app and website, keep your account secure, show nearby churches and events, send notifications you have allowed, respond to you, send donation receipts, measure how well our outreach works, and enforce our Terms of Use and Child Safety Standards.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run All Gospel Now, and only for that purpose: Google (Analytics, Firebase, and Google Ads measurement), Apple and Google (push notifications), Twilio and SendGrid (text messages and email), PayPal and Stripe (donations), and our hosting provider. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the safety of our users.
Your choices
- Delete your account at any time in the app: Account → Delete Account. You can also email support@allgospelnow.com to ask us to delete your account and its data.
- Location and notifications can be turned off in your device settings.
- Ads personalization. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads. You can manage Google ads personalization at myadcenter.google.com, and opt out of Google Analytics on the web with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Children
All Gospel Now is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email support@allgospelnow.com and we will delete it.
Security and retention
Information is sent over encrypted connections, and passwords and reset PINs are stored encrypted or hashed, never as plain text. We keep your information for as long as your account is open, and delete it when you delete your account, except for records we must keep by law, such as donation records.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions? Email support@allgospelnow.com or visit our Support page.
Child Safety Standards
All Gospel Now maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). For details on how we prevent, report, and respond to CSAE, and for our child safety contact, please review our Child Safety Standards.
