Enter into that Secret Place of Prayer
It's time to hit reset on your prayer life. Go back to that secret place of prayer, just you and the Father. Don't make any more excuses. The Bible says we're inexcusable. Our prayer lives are too bad to be justified or tolerated going forward. It's time to reset!!!
Purpose in your heart a daily prayer time and place, your closet, your bathroom, your bedroom, your chair, wherever you're going to pray continually, that's your Secret Place. Do whatever you need to do. Get up early in the morning; stay up later at night; steal away time at noon. Whatever works for you. Reset, to that secret place of prayer.
Stop looking for God all over the place. He's waiting for you, in that secret place of prayer. I know, that's too simple. "He's in my closet?" "Yes, He is!!!"
St Matthew 6:6
But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
God will meet you their daily. What's important is your continual coming to Him in prayer. Don't faint, don't give up on praying. If you have to wait for an answer, or wait for God to move in your situation, keep praying.
St Luke 18:1-8
And He spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.
Saying, there was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man:
And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, avenge me of mine adversary.
And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, though I fear not God, nor regard man;
Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.
And the Lord said, hear what the unjust judge saith.
And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?
I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?
Let your faith be stirred in prayer by your continual coming. Knowing that God is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Because of your continual coming to your secret place of prayer, it will become your dwelling place. Where you abide in fellowship daily with the Father.
Psalm 91:1
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
The Father will give you that same testimony as the Apostles of old.
1John 1:3
....and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.
